SJ Engineers Office (SJEO) was established in 2025 with a vision to deliver innovative, safe, and efficient engineering solutions for both residential and commercial developments.

Led by Director Sanish Joy (Joe), our team combines a deep understanding of the built environment with a practical and design-driven approach to civil and structural engineering.

We are dedicated to safety in design (SiD) practices, technical excellence, and delivering outcomes that stand the test of time — recognized for our attention to detail and commitment to quality in every project.

Meet the director behind SJ Engineers Office

Sanish Joy (Joe)

Founding Director & Principal Engineer

Joe is the founding director of SJ Engineers Office Pty Ltd (SJEO). He started his career as a civil site engineer, looking after day-to-day construction activities and coordinating with project teams to keep things running smoothly. This experience gave him a solid understanding of how projects come together on site.

Over time, Joe developed a strong interest in structural design and went on to complete a Master's degree in Structural Engineering.

With more than twenty-five years of experience in civil and structural engineering, Joe has worked on a wide range of projects, including residential, commercial, educational and industrial buildings—both new developments and refurbishments.

Joe is passionate about blending architectural creativity with engineering innovation, ensuring each project meets client expectations in both functionality and form.
